RL recently purchased an item from our eBay store and shared the following feedback:

"Both the item and the seller exceeded my expectations. The item did not reach me when expected. BUT that was a delivery issue (experienced sometimes in past with shipments from various vendors-- outside of eBay; believed to be USPS issue). Delay was unrelated to seller's process. This seller was VERY responsive & assisted me with the matter. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again." - RL.
